At Ascent, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want every purchase to be a positive experience and every piece to meet your expectations. If, for any reason, your goodies aren't quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery free of charge.

  • Free 14-day returns (from the day your order is delivered)

  • Pre-paid return label included

  • €5 restocking fee applies to all returns

  • Refunds processed within 3 business days after inspection

 

 

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. 

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • All contents must be included

  • Proof of purchase / receipt is required 

 

 

How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, you will receive:

  • A pre-paid return label

  • Clear instructions on how to send your package

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

 

Return Shipping

We offer free returns, meaning:

  • You will receive a pre-paid return label

  • No upfront shipping costs are required

  • Warehouse address: Ecologieweg 4, 3343 LM Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht

A €5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days

Please note:
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Or incorrect

Please contact us immediately at hello@ascent-store.com so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product:

  1. Return your original item
