Canceling your order with us is a straightforward process. You can easily initiate the cancellation by downloading the cancellation form located in the footer of our website. The form includes clear instructions on how to begin the return process. Once we receive and process your return, we'll deduct the transportation costs from your refund and promptly issue the remaining amount back to you.

Does it actually last 12 hours?

Yes — and the reason is concentration, not marketing. Ascent uses an extrait de parfum formula with up to 40% perfume oil. A standard Eau de Toilette contains 5–15%; the rest is alcohol that evaporates fast and takes the scent with it.

More oil means the fragrance stays bonded to your skin and releases slowly throughout the day. Longevity varies by skin type, but the chemistry is real.

Why buy a 20 ml refill instead of a regular 150 ml bottle?

Because you're paying for what you actually wear. A 20 ml Ascent refill contains the same amount of pure fragrance oil as a 100 ml Eau de Toilette, it's just not diluted with alcohol.

No heavy glass, no oversized box, no brand markup. And when you want a different scent, you swap the refill, not buy an entirely new bottle.

How does the cashback on the Discovery Set work?

Order the Discovery Set, try all the scents over a few days, then pick your favourite. When you order your Starter Pack, the full price of the Discovery Set is deducted automatically — so you try everything for free. No codes, no forms.

Can I buy just the refill without the case?

Yes, if you already have a case, just order a refill on its own. If you don't have a case yet, we strongly recommend starting with the Starter Pack.

The aluminium case protects the perfume, makes it portable, and is a one-time purchase. After that, refills alone is all you need.
