Orders placed before 16:00 on a working day ship the same day. Orders placed later ship the next working day.
Orders ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping is free once your order reaches the amount for your country, listed under Shipping Costs below. No code needed – it's applied automatically at checkout.

Each order pays one flat rate for your country until it reaches the free-shipping amount:
- Belgium, France and the Netherlands: €2.95, free from €40
- Austria, Germany, Poland, Portugal and Sweden: €7.95, free from €55
- Luxembourg, Slovakia and the United Kingdom: €9.95, free from €69
- Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Romania, Slovenia and Spain: €14.95, free from €80
- Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Switzerland: €19.95, free from €95
Amounts are in euros; if you pay in another currency, the converted amount applies. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
This allows you to:
- Track your delivery in real-time
- See estimated arrival
- Follow every step of the shipment
Delivery Notes
- Deliveries are made from Monday till Sunday
- Orders are not delivered on public holidays
- During high-demand periods (e.g. holidays), delivery may take slightly longer
Lost, Delayed or Undelivered Packages
